Cheese Making Classes


Cheese Maker, Alana Langworthy will take the mystery out of making cheese, explaining the process step by step. These small classes allow plenty of time for questions and Alana will spend hands on time with each participant. You will be given extensive notes to take home and the cheese making recipes so you can make cheese at home.

On the day you will learn how to make your artisan cheese which you can take home in a complimentary Yallingup Cheese cooler bag.

We will also provide a cheese and wine tasting of up to 4 cheeses and wines as a part of a guided masterclass.

Sunday 9th    December | Persian feta and goat curd.

Sunday 20th  January | Camembert 

Sunday 17th  February | Goat Cheese.

Sunday 17th  March  | Mozzarella Cheese

Sunday 7th    April | Feta Cheese
