Come and Join us for a fun and interactive morning of Brie and Camembert cheese making.

Head Cheesemaker Alana Langworthy will teach you the basics of setting milk, cutting curds and maturing cheese in this 3 hour workshop. You will also learn the do's and don'ts of pairing cheese with wine and how to put together the perfect cheese board.

This class is held at Evans and Tate cellar door from 10:30-1:30pm
